For the check in you need a Green Pass.
From 6th december you will need the Super Green Pass for all public bars, restaurants and cable cars.
The health of our guests and employees has the utmost priority. In the last few weeks, we tackled the health and hygiene standards and now we are preparing our hotel to the re-opening in the best way according to the valid regulations.
Our Covid-19 guidelines are also adapted to the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization) and regional and national health and hygiene regulations.
How do we care for your safety?
- Our staff and our family is vacinated.
- Throughout the house were installed disinfection disposers.
- Strategic areas such as the reception and the SPA reception were equipped with protective screens.
- All members of the waiters/waitresses wear masks. The room maids wear masks.
- All the areas and surfaces with high contact points are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
- In the restaurant the safety distance is maintained.
- Pre-Check-In conveniently from home: digital pre-check-in to avoid waiting times and so that your holiday can start even faster!
Will there be offered a buffet in this summer?
Self-service at the buffet is allowed if you are wearing a mask and gloves. Otherwise our trained staff will serve you. Of course, also our kitchen staff is working only with gloves and masks.
Are the pools and sauna area open?
- The outdoor swimming pool is open, respecting a minimum distance of 1 metre.
- The indoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi are also open, respecting a minimum distance of 1 metre.
- The sauna area: Finnish sauna 90° or bio sauna 60 ° and the steam bath 45° are opened
Are SPA treatments offered?
All SPA treatments are offered in compliance with strict safety regulations. The cosmeticians and masseurs wear the mouth protection provided. The premises and work utensils are disinfected and cleaned after each treatment.
