On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for occupancy from 2:30 PM.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
The hotel offers a spacious, video-monitored underground garage and e-charging stations for a "fully charged" driving experience.
You can pay with EC card, Mastercard, and VISA. We do not accept American Express and Diners Club.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005).
We grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before departure.
- For cancellations within 8 days before departure, fees amounting to 60% of the total booked amount apply.
- Cancellations less than 8 days before departure incur fees of 70% of the total booked amount.
- In case of no-show, cancellation fees amount to 70% of the total booked amount.
- If not all booked beds are occupied or if some are cancelled, the percentage applies only to the price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
- For early departure, fees of 70% apply to the booked and unused days.

Travel cancellation insurance
To avoid fees arising from last-minute cancellations, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

If you are traveling by train, we can gladly pick you up from Bolzano or Innsbruck train station for a fee.
Small dogs are allowed upon request. We charge €20 per day for your "favorite" (without meals). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the beauty and wellness area, and the green spaces. They are welcome on terraces with tiled or wooden floors and in the common rooms.
The Sittnerhof is the founding hotel of the Meran Passeier Golf Club (18-hole course). Our guests receive a 20% discount on the green fees. With the Golf Card, you can play on all courses in South Tyrol at a very favorable price.
