With a northerly flow, clouds are building up on the northern side of the Alps, whilst the southern side the conditions will be better.
Along the border to Austria, particularly east of the Brenner Pass, there will still be light snowfall. Further south, however, north Föhn will break up the clouds, and the sun will make occasional appearances.
Some snowfall is still expected along the eastern Alpine main ridge. Elsewhere northerly winds will break up the clouds and it will be sunny at times, particularly in the southern mountain ranges.

Wednesday will be mainly sunny, though a few clouds may drift in from the east. Thursday will be very sunny with mostly clear sky. Friday will remain fairly sunny, with a few clouds moving in from the north. Saturday will be more changeable, with the possibility of a few showers.
