At Sittnerhof, we place special emphasis on culinary highlights. For a good start to the day, you can look forward to a rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. At lunchtime, we offer a light set menu for a small appetite. In the afternoon, we invite you to enjoy coffee and cake on our sun terrace, and in the evening we pamper you with a 5-course set menu, accompanied by a salad and cheese buffet. Enjoy Italian and South Tyrolean specialties in the pleasant atmosphere of our dining room, along with a glass of wine from our own vineyard.

Our Vineyards

Here grows what we love – and brings you pleasure

Above the hotel, directly on the Tappeinerweg, lie our own vineyards. On the one-hectare slope, varieties such as Meraner Kurtraube, Cabernet Sauvignon, Lagrein, Merlot, Weißburgunder, Ruländer, Gewürztraminer, and at the end of the path, in Gratsch, Chardonnay thrive. The steep locations require hard work, but the joy of the harvest makes it all worthwhile – especially for Hansjörg, who lived viticulture with passion. After his death, the vineyard was taken over by his grandson Filippo. After graduating from the technical secondary school for fruit and wine growing, he now continues the legacy with enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
